Coordinator for Catholic Voices
Hi, I’m Georgia, I've been the Public Speakers' Programme Coordinator for Catholic Voices for over two years . I have the privilege of training and encouraging upcoming speakers to deliver talks about faith and topics they are passionate about all across the UK. The Catholic Voices core team are based in London, and I absolutely love it here, particularly Richmond where I currently live.
I moved here after graduating from Regent’s Park College, University of Oxford, where I studied Philosophy and Theology. In 2020, I finished an MA in Medical Ethics and Law, from King's College London. Since working for Catholic Voices, I have made media appearances on BBC Radio London, TalkRadio, and Al Jazeera news.
Telling the Church's Story at Christmas
The Church's story often gets obscured by our modern culture, news reports, and people's personal negative experiences. It's important to reframe the stereotypes and witness to the truth. What better time than Christmas to reframe this season and see that the Church's story is one of love and hope.
Often people don't know how to share the Church's story. We miss the opportunities that present themselves for acts of evangelisation and service because we don't want to be overbearing or we worry we'll mess it up. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn tips and tricks on how to share what's important to you and how to use the opportunity this Christmas to witness to the Truth.
